Izzy and Jack's Wedding at the New House Country Hotel in Cardiff

On Saturday 18th September Izzy and Jack got married at The New House Country Hotel in Cardiff. The Ceremony was at St Hilary’s Church, close to where Jack grew up.

It was a very “do it yourself” wedding, with everything from hair, make up, flowers and even the cake, being done by Izzy and Jack and their family. You couldn’t tell though, it was all done beautifully.

Here are some of my favourite photos from their special day.

Bridal Preparations

Izzy got ready at the hotel with her bridesmaids and her Mother. They all pitched in and did each others hair and make up.

The Couple’s Portraits

We went for a little walk around the grounds of the hotel, and they made the perfect backdrop for some relaxed portraits of the happy couple.

The Reception

The reception was such a fun filled evening, with live music, dancing, hilarious speeches, and even a main course of Spaghetti Bolognese. A brave choice for a bride wearing white, but it was great they chose a dish they loved over following tradition, and it was definitely a first for me at a wedding.
