Pricing and Packages

What packages do you offer?

I offer two main packages, ranging from partial day to full day, as well as a range of optional extras. You can see them outlined in my Wedding Brochure or on my website here.

The packages I offer can be tweaked to suit your needs so don’t hesitate to let me know your plans and I can put together a bespoke quote for you.

Can the packages be adjusted?

Yes, all of the packages can be tweaked to suit your specific needs as I know no two weddings are the same. Just let me know if you want to adjust anything at all and I will give you a bespoke quote.

How much is a second photographer?

It is an additional £350 to have a second photographer. Having a second photographer means you can get photos of both of you getting ready, and means you get a wider range of candid photos from your day.

How long do you stay for?

With the silver package I arrive in good time before your ceremony begins, and I will stay until after your First Dance, and be sure to capture photos of everyone enjoying your evening reception. I will not spend the day watching the clock and I never leave until I am sure I have all of the photos we agreed upon.

For my Gold package you’ll see it says “until the First Dance".” In reality what this means is once you have done your first dance, (or the evening reception has commenced,) I will stay and take photos of people dancing and enjoying the evening celebrations and then once I feel I have captured lots of images, I will check with you that you are happy with everything, and only then will I leave. Typically couples are more than happy to be left to dance the night away at this point.

Do you offer Wedding Albums?

Yes I do. Wedding albums start from £240 and are a wonderful keepsake. Just mention them when you get in touch and I will send you a brochure.

Do you offer Engagement Sessions?

Yes I do. I love doing Engagement and Couple’s sessions. They are a really great way to document this special time in your journey. Engagement sessions cost £350. They are a great way to get used to being in front of the camera ahead of your Wedding day, so I would definitely recommend it!

How much deposit is required at time of booking?

The Silver package is £500.

The Gold package is £600.

For Gold Plus it is £700.

When you pay the deposit you also sign your contract, if you want to have a read of the contract before booking then just let me know and I can send you a copy.

How many photos will we get?

The Silver package comes with roughly 450 photos.

The Gold package comes with roughly 600 photos.

If you hire a second photographer you will get roughly 850 photos.

How and when will we receive our photos after the Wedding?

It takes approximately 6 weeks after the wedding to receive the finished gallery. I try to get them to you as sooner if I can, but during the busy Summer months it’s not always possible. However, I do post sneak peeks on my social media accounts to give you little glimpses as I work on your photos.

The finished gallery itself will be delivered to you in full on a USB, presented in a beautiful wooden box, and with a selection of prints that I will choose for you as a little gift from me to you. (Pictured below). You will also receive the photos via an online gallery, which is ideal for sharing with all of your family and friends, and you can even order prints directly from the gallery. Please do ask when you get in touch if you would like to see a full wedding gallery online.

Your images will be edited in both colour and black and white.

Location

What areas do you cover?

I cover all of South, West and Mid Wales, as well as the Bristol and Bath area. However I do love travelling so please do ask if you are getting married elsewhere, and I can give you a bespoke quote.

Generally speaking if your wedding is within 2 hours of SA4 then it will usually be covered with no additional charges.

A rough idea of the areas I cover without an additional charge for travel.

Do you photograph Destination Weddings?

I love travelling and I have a valid passport so if you are having a Destination wedding then don’t hesitate to get in touch to tell me all about it. Get in touch for a bespoke quote.

I am also available for elopements and small weddings.

Before you Book

Can we meet before we book?

I always meet with couples in the month or so leading up to their wedding to go over all of the details of the day, but couples often want to meet before they book as well, and that is no problem at all. It is really important to me that you are comfortable with me as I will be with you on one of the most important days of your life. So don’t hesitate to ask if you want to meet up before you make your final decision.

Can we see a full wedding gallery?

Yes of course you can. Please just ask when you get in touch and I can share a recent wedding gallery with you, or if I have photographed a wedding at your venue recently then I can share a gallery for that location with you instead.

About Me

How long have you been a Wedding Photographer?

I have been photographing weddings since 2015, and I honestly love it. It is a real privilege to be part of such a special day and I’ll never take it for granted.

Are you insured?

Yes I have Professional Insurance specially geared towards photographers, so you don’t need to worry about that at all.

What if you haven’t photographed a wedding at our chosen venue before?

I always endeavour to visit a venue before I photograph a wedding there. I want to be as prepared as I can be, and to ensure I know what the lighting will be like, and where the best spots for photos are etc. Which all helps to make sure you get the best images of your wedding day. So you don’t need to worry if I haven’t done a wedding there before.

There will be children at our wedding, is this a problem?

I love it when there are children at weddings, they always add an element of fun to the day, and are usually among the few people who don’t shy away from the camera! Being a mother of three, as well as a family photographer, means I am well accustomed to working with children and photographing them. So if you are looking for a Wedding photographer who can work well with children, then look no further!
