Walking the Wales Coast Path - Pembrokeshire - Ceibwr Bay circular

In January I headed back to the Pembrokeshire coastal path to walk a small section around Ceibwr bay. We did a lovely circular walk, including a few miles on the coastal path. We were lucky enough to have a snow shower at the start of our walk, and it was really special to see snow along the coast as I hadn’t experienced that before.

As ever, this was a stunning section, but in winter it felt particularly challenging as there were a few very steep inclines and declines, which required the use of poles to ensure our steady footing.

The witches cauldron was a highlight for me, and I’m keen to revisit when the conditions are suited to swimming there.
