Family Photo Shoot 2024 - DEPOSIT

You can pay the deposit here for a 2024 family photo shoot. (The full price of family sessions are £350 and the price breakdown for extended family sessions can be found here.)

I will then get in touch with you a couple of months beforehand with the dates I have available in your chosen month. You can then email me back with your 1st and 2nd choices. I aim to give everyone their first choice date, but if that is not possible you will definitely get your second choice. Dates will either be a weekday evening between Monday and Friday, or a weekend. (I can not guarantee that I will have a weekend available, so please bear that in mind when booking)

Typically sessions take place an hour before sunset, which obviously varies depending on the time of year. I can be flexible on the timing though if it is too late for young children. Location of the shoot will be in the Swansea and Gower area. If you would like the session further afield just message me to discuss the options before you book, as there maybe an additional charge.

When making your selection you can either book a family session, or an extended family session. The prices of the extended family sessions do vary depending on the number of people. Feel free to email me for more information.

Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are entering into a  Contract for the Photography Services of Our Beautiful Adventure Photography. This deposit guarantees you one family session, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before the day of the shoot. Since the shoot will take place outside, In the event of bad weather the Photographer will contact the Client and reschedule the shoot, at no extra cost.

PRE-PLANNING CONSULTATION Prior to the shoot if you have any specific needs, or specific photographs you want to get, then these need to be communicated with the Photographer. This can be done via email or phone. Please also communicate the names and ages of all attending the photo shoot. 

COMPLETION SCHEDULE Our Beautiful Adventure Photography aims to provide you with your images within two weeks of your photo shoot. During busy periods, please note that this may be increased.

THE SCHEDULE Both the photographer and the Client agree that punctuality and co-operation are essential. A good faith effort will be made to capture any requested photographs but due to the rapid pace and unpredictable nature of family shoots it is impossible to guarantee that specific requested photographs will be captured. 

ARTISTIC LICENSE Our Beautiful Adventure Photography shall be granted artistic license and the photographers judgement regarding posing, lighting, locations used, photographing and editing shall be deemed correct. All decisions made are in the best interest of the client who will be given the highest quality selection from the images taken.

COPYRIGHT LAW English Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. The photographer grants the Client permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the photographer are for personal use by Clients. Selling, publication or any commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the photographer. The Clients are not permitted to pass on images to any third party, such as suppliers, that will be used for marketing or advertising purposes without written consent from the photographer. Any images shared on Social Media should give credit to 'Our Beautiful Adventure Photography.'

MODEL RELEASE The Clients grant the photographer the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose.

PRINTS A selection of prints are included in your session fee. You will be instructed how to order these after the gallery is delivered. You will have 3 months to place your order. If you do not order within this time you may no longer be entitled to the prints.

ONLINE GALLERY Your photos will be available to view in an online gallery. The gallery will stay online for at least one year after the session. Please ensure all files are downloaded before the gallery expires. You will get one weeks notice before the gallery expires to ensure you have fair warning. Re-uploading the gallery after it has expired may incur an additional fee.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY If the photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the agreed services, then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received or rescheduling of the session.

Our Beautiful Adventure Photography has working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the photographer’s control. In these circumstances, liability is limited to the return of fees paid or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.

CANCELLATION Written notice must be given to Our Beautiful Adventure Photography should you need to cancel your booking, but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. In some circumstances it may be possible to reschedule, but this is at the Photographers discretion.

DIGITAL AGREEMENT By completing this online form with your details you hereby agree to enter into a contract with Our Beautiful Adventure Photography as detailed above. This contract complies with English Law and is subject to normal terms and conditions as a written contract would be.
